Nevada Cardiology Associates Introduce

If you are searching for a 'Heart Doctor Near Me' in the Las Vegas area, Nevada Cardiology Associates, located at 5380 S Rainbow Blvd # 308, is one of the options available. As a clinic operating within the 'Heart Doctor Near Me' category, they aim to provide cardiology services to the local community. This introduction will attempt to provide an objective overview of the clinic based on the limited information available, primarily derived from the provided customer reviews.

Environment and Atmosphere:

The provided information does not offer specific details about the physical environment or atmosphere of Nevada Cardiology Associates. Therefore, we cannot objectively describe the clinic's ambiance based on the given reviews. Typically, a medical clinic strives to be clean and professional, but without direct comments on this aspect, we cannot elaborate further.

Services Offered:

As Nevada Cardiology Associates is a cardiology practice, it is reasonable to infer that they offer a range of services related to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of heart and cardiovascular diseases. These services commonly include:

  • Consultations with cardiologists.
  • Diagnostic procedures such as electrocardiograms (ECG/EKG), echocardiograms, and possibly stress tests.
  • Management of various heart conditions.
  • Follow-up care for cardiac patients.

However, the specific services offered by Nevada Cardiology Associates are not detailed in the provided text. To obtain a comprehensive list of their services, it would be best to contact them directly.

Features and Strengths:

The provided customer reviews do not highlight specific positive features or strengths of Nevada Cardiology Associates. Instead, the feedback raises concerns regarding certain aspects of their patient care and administrative policies. One review mentions being a patient for many years but being refused a follow-up appointment for an echocardiogram related to a replaced heart valve due to not having the co-payment at the time. This patient expressed disappointment with the change in payment policy compared to a previous office and voiced a serious concern about patient well-being.

Another review describes being "dismissed" by the doctors on two occasions, particularly regarding concerns about heart palpitations and syncope despite a family history and multiple hospital stays. The patient felt that their issues were not taken seriously and were attributed solely to a lack of exercise. This feedback suggests potential issues with the thoroughness of patient evaluation and the consideration of patient history and reported symptoms in these instances.

Given these reviews, it is challenging to objectively identify positive features of the clinic based solely on this information.

Promotional Information:

The provided text does not contain any explicit promotional information about Nevada Cardiology Associates. Typically, promotional content might highlight expertise, patient satisfaction, state-of-the-art technology, or specific services. However, the available reviews do not offer such positive endorsements that could be considered promotional.

Important Considerations Based on Reviews:

The customer reviews provided raise significant concerns that potential patients may want to consider:

  • Payment Policies: The strict adherence to co-payment requirements at the time of service, even for long-term patients needing follow-up care, as indicated in one review.
  • Patient Dismissal: The experience of a patient feeling dismissed and their cardiac concerns not being adequately addressed, despite reported symptoms and medical history.

These points suggest that prospective patients might want to inquire about the clinic's payment policies and their approach to diagnosing and managing cardiac symptoms, especially in younger individuals or those with complex medical histories.

In Conclusion:

Based on the limited information and the provided customer reviews, it is difficult to offer a purely positive introduction to Nevada Cardiology Associates within the 'Heart Doctor Near Me' category. The reviews highlight potential issues related to payment policies and the handling of certain patient concerns. Individuals seeking a cardiologist in Las Vegas may want to consider these points alongside any other information they can gather when making their decision. Had an appointment today 3/11/2025 I have been a patient for many years. Today I had a follow up for my echocardiogram since I have been having an issue with my replaced heart valve. They refused to see me since I didn't have the $158.00 co-payment In the past the tenaya office would send a bill and allow me to pay it on my payday. I guess now they don't care if their patients die.

Dr Sirulnick pretty much saved my life. Went in at 9 am with a heart rate of 40 that I had for the last month and he said go home and pack a bag come back and check into the ER and I’ll put a pacemaker in and by that night I was feeling completely normal. Don’t know what caused the low heart rate, my normal would be 70 to 80, but any longer it would’ve been disastrous. Thank you!!!

This office is more interested in abiding by their internal rules, however arbitrary they are, than in their customers well being. I get Social Security, SSI, have a bank account, health insurance and other such things and am who I say I am but I cannot provide a current government issued ID because my IDs were stolen SO they won't see me and.cant explain to me why not other that that's their rule. Utterly ridiculous.

Maybe the doctors are excellent, but the staff in front desk need some social skills. I went asked if they do EKGs since my insurance card has that office as an in- network provider. The one that went verified about the service, instead of saying that they dont usually perform EKGs to non patients, she decides to say that" my PCP does EKGs" when in fact he doesnt and he mentioned another MD. Most of all the dismissive attitude. Sad.
