Tri-City Cardiology Introduce

For individuals in search of a "Heart Doctor Near Me" in the Gilbert, Arizona area, Tri-City Cardiology, located at 1580 N Fiesta Blvd Ste 100, Gilbert, AZ 85233, USA, with contact numbers (480) 835-6100 and +1 480-835-6100, presents itself as a cardiology practice with a focus on efficient operations and a dedicated team. However, patient reviews offer a mixed perspective, highlighting strengths in administrative processes and team care alongside concerns about wait times and certain administrative interactions.

One patient shares a highly positive experience, emphasizing the "phenomenal" way the office operates. They specifically commend the online check-in process for new patients, describing it as "incredibly easy." This suggests that Tri-City Cardiology has invested in technology to streamline the initial patient onboarding, potentially reducing stress and saving time for new individuals seeking cardiac care. The reviewer also notes the office's capacity to handle a large number of patients while still providing good care to each one. Drawing from over a decade of experience with medical disabilities and issues, this patient expresses a high level of trust in Tri-City Cardiology, stating it is "one of the offices I can trust with my life." They specifically thank team members Sara P, Jenny (who administered their heart monitor), and Dr. Kolli, indicating a positive interaction with these individuals and the care they received.

In contrast, another patient reports a less favorable experience, particularly concerning their first appointment. They mention a "long wait time" despite the appointment being a brief consultation with the doctor. This suggests potential issues with scheduling or patient flow on that particular day. Furthermore, this reviewer expresses dissatisfaction with the doctor's attitude, describing it as "not the best." This subjective feedback points to a potential inconsistency in the bedside manner experienced by patients. The same reviewer also details a negative interaction with an individual named Kathy Fisher when seeking medical clearance. They allege that Kathy Fisher was "very unhelpful," initially refusing to send records and then purportedly lying about doing so. This raises concerns about the efficiency and reliability of the administrative processes related to medical records and communication. Additionally, this patient reports being overcharged for their visits and awaiting a refund, expressing doubt about receiving it. Despite these negative aspects, the reviewer does offer a positive note about a Physician Assistant (PA) they saw during their second visit, describing the PA as "good." This suggests that the quality of care may vary depending on the specific healthcare professional seen within the practice.

Based on these reviews, the environment at Tri-City Cardiology appears to be a modern practice that leverages online tools to enhance administrative efficiency, particularly for new patients. The positive review suggests a well-organized office capable of managing a significant patient volume while providing quality care. The mention of specific team members by name indicates a sense of personal connection and care provided by some individuals within the practice. However, the negative review introduces concerns about potential long wait times, inconsistent doctor attitude, and problematic administrative interactions, particularly regarding medical records and billing.

As a cardiology practice, Tri-City Cardiology likely offers a range of services related to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of cardiovascular diseases. These services typically include:

Currently, there is no explicit promotional information available for Tri-City Cardiology in the provided reviews. However, the positive experience shared by a long-term patient who expresses a high level of trust could be seen as an indirect endorsement of the practice's overall quality of care and operational efficiency for many patients. For local users in Taiwan who may have friends or family in the Gilbert, Arizona area seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me," Tri-City Cardiology offers the convenience of online registration and appears to have a system in place to handle a significant number of patients. Inquiring about average wait times, the process for obtaining medical records, and their billing procedures could provide additional clarity. While the positive review highlights strengths in operations and team care, the negative review serves as a reminder that individual experiences can vary, and it's essential to consider all available feedback when choosing a healthcare provider.

In conclusion, Tri-City Cardiology in Gilbert, AZ, offers a cardiology practice that appears to prioritize efficient administrative processes, particularly for new patients, and has a team of healthcare professionals, including Dr. Kolli and Physician Assistants, dedicated to providing care. However, potential patients should be aware of reported issues concerning long wait times and inconsistent administrative experiences. Firstly, the way this office operates is phenomenal. The check in process online makes being a new patient incredibly easy. This office is equipped to handle a large amount of patients and they take good care of every single one. After 10+ years dealing with medical disabilities and issues this is one of the offices I can trust with my life. Thank you Tri-City team Sara P, Jenny who did my heart monitor & Dr. Kolli, all the best!

The wait time was long for my first appointment for only seeing the doctor for a few minutes. The doctor attitude was not the best. When asking for clearance, a Kathy Fisher was very unhelpful. She would not send the records and lied when she finally said she would. They also collected too much from my visits and now they owe me. I doubt I will see that refund back. The PA I saw on my second visit was good though.

The experience my husband had during his heart procedure at Tri-City Surgical Center with Dr. Berkowitz and his staff was fantastic. They took a scary situation and put my husband completely at ease during the procedure. Thank you for taking such good care of him..
