Arizona Heart Doctor - Dr. Yasir Batres, MD Introduce

For individuals in Taiwan seeking information about cardiovascular care options, it's essential to consider the experiences of other patients when evaluating potential healthcare providers, even those located internationally. While Arizona Heart Doctor - Dr. Yasir Batres, MD, is situated in Mesa, Arizona, USA, the feedback available online offers a glimpse into the patient experience at this clinic. In the context of the platform category "Heart Doctor Near Me," this introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on the provided reviews, addressing aspects of the clinic environment, services, and features as perceived by recent patients.

Arizona Heart Doctor - Dr. Yasir Batres, MD, operates from the address 2045 S Vineyard #119, Mesa, AZ 85210, USA. While local users in Taiwan cannot directly assess the physical environment of the clinic, patient reviews can sometimes offer indirect clues. In this case, the reviews primarily focus on the administrative and clinical interactions rather than the physical space itself. However, the concerns raised about scheduling and potential inefficiencies might suggest a busy environment where patient flow could be a challenge.

As a cardiology practice, Arizona Heart Doctor - Dr. Yasir Batres, MD, would typically offer a range of services related to the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular conditions. These services would likely include consultations, electrocardiograms (ECGs), and potentially other diagnostic tests such as echocardiograms, stress tests, and Holter monitoring, depending on the patient's needs. One review mentions being asked to come in for tests that had already been completed, suggesting a potential lack of efficient record-keeping or communication within the clinic. Another review references an EKG reading and a follow-up appointment, indicating that these standard cardiac diagnostic procedures are part of their service offerings.

Based on the limited reviews provided, a significant feature that emerges is a concern regarding appointment wait times. One patient explicitly stated that they regularly waited "an hour beyond your appointment time," indicating a potential issue with scheduling and patient flow. This can be a significant drawback for patients, especially those dealing with the stress and anxiety often associated with heart conditions. The same reviewer also mentioned being "double booked," further contributing to the delays and the feeling of their time not being respected.

Another critical feature highlighted in the reviews is a concern regarding the accuracy of diagnostic interpretations and the level of trust in the healthcare providers encountered. One patient recounted a distressing experience where a Physician Assistant (PA) incorrectly informed them they had experienced a past heart attack based on an EKG reading. This caused significant shock and anxiety, which was later refuted by the patient's regular cardiologist. This incident raises serious concerns about the competence and trustworthiness of at least one of the allied health professionals at this practice, as perceived by this particular patient.

Furthermore, the reviews suggest a potential lack of patient-centeredness. One patient who decided to "fire them as my cardiologist" expressed the feeling of being treated as "a number to this company" and perceived a lack of regard for their time. This sentiment underscores the importance of effective communication, efficient processes, and a respectful attitude towards patients, particularly in the field of cardiology where patients are often dealing with significant health concerns and anxieties.

Currently, there is no promotional information available for Arizona Heart Doctor - Dr. Yasir Batres, MD, in the provided text. In the absence of any positive testimonials or specific details about the clinic's environment or unique services, the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding wait times, scheduling issues, and concerns about diagnostic accuracy becomes the most prominent information for potential patients to consider.

In conclusion, based on the limited information available, the experience at Arizona Heart Doctor - Dr. Yasir Batres, MD, as described by recent patients, raises significant concerns. Issues related to long wait times, double booking, being asked to repeat already completed tests, and, most alarmingly, a reported instance of a serious misinterpretation of an EKG by a Physician Assistant, paint a concerning picture. One patient explicitly stated they would "not recommend" this practice due to the perceived disrespect for their time and the stress caused by these issues. For individuals in Taiwan seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me" and considering options abroad, these reviews serve as a critical reminder of the importance of thorough research and the potential pitfalls of choosing a healthcare provider based solely on location without considering patient experiences. The feedback suggests that prospective patients should exercise caution and seek further information before considering Arizona Heart Doctor - Dr. Yasir Batres, MD.

Absolute horrible experience. The PA i saw told me I had a heart attack in the past based off my ekg reading i had done that day. Naturally this shocked me since I have never felt any heart attack symptoms in my life. Turns out, that wasn't the case. I had my regular cardiologist look over those and they saw nothing....absolutely NO signs of a heart attack. Not sure what kind of people work here, but definitely not a trustworthy PA in my opinion

They have no regard for other people's time. I confirmed with them when I made the appointment that my BF was in network. They said yes. They told us when we were at the counter to check in that he was not in network. A phone call would have been nice. Stay away. They don't care.
