Prime Cardiology of Nevada Introduce

Within the "Heart Doctor Near Me" category, we are presenting information about Prime Cardiology of Nevada, located at 825 N Gibson Rd #321, Henderson, NV 89011, USA. They can be contacted at (702) 805-5678 or +1 702-805-5678. Based on the limited online reviews available, there appears to be a discrepancy in patient experiences, with positive feedback for the doctor but concerns regarding the administrative staff.

One reviewer specifically praised "Dr Bleszynaki" as "awesome and caring." This positive comment suggests that the quality of medical care provided by at least one of the cardiologists at Prime Cardiology of Nevada is highly regarded by some patients. For individuals seeking a compassionate and skilled "Heart Doctor Near Me," this positive feedback about Dr. Bleszynaki could be an important factor to consider.

However, the same reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction with the office staff, stating that they "do not share his same interest in their patients." The reviewer detailed a frustrating experience attempting to reschedule a wrongly scheduled stress test since December. They reported multiple callbacks assuring them that the assistant would speak with the doctor and follow up, but despite this being their third attempt over several months, no resolution was achieved. This lack of follow-through and the perceived lack of concern from the staff led the reviewer to conclude that the office might not provide the level of attention that cardiovascular healthcare often requires. Ultimately, this patient decided to seek care elsewhere due to these administrative challenges, emphasizing that "access and follow thru are equally important" as the doctor's expertise.

Another reviewer had a negative experience with what they termed "aggressive providers" and a "very condescending" call center that could not schedule correctly. This patient reported a pushy and annoyed attitude when concerns were raised, leading them to describe Prime Cardiology of Nevada as the "worst firm we have ever dealt with." They even stated that they received more information from an ER visit, highlighting a significant level of dissatisfaction with the communication and administrative processes at Prime Cardiology of Nevada.

Based on these limited reviews, the environment at Prime Cardiology of Nevada is not explicitly described in terms of its physical attributes. However, the recurring theme of negative interactions with the staff and difficulties with scheduling and follow-up suggests a potentially challenging administrative environment for patients. While the doctor is praised, the overall patient experience seems to be negatively impacted by the perceived inefficiencies and attitudes of the support staff.

Regarding services, as "Prime Cardiology of Nevada," it can be inferred that they offer a range of cardiac services, including diagnostic tests like stress tests (as mentioned in one review) and treatment for various heart conditions. However, the specific services provided are not detailed in these reviews. Potential patients would need to contact the clinic directly or visit their website (if available) for a comprehensive list of their cardiovascular services.

The main feature that stands out is the apparent dichotomy between the positive perception of at least one of the doctors (Dr. Bleszynaki) and the negative experiences reported with the administrative staff, including the call center and assistants. The caring nature of the doctor is a notable positive feature, but the lack of efficient follow-through and the condescending attitude reported by some patients are significant negative features to consider.

There is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. Therefore, we cannot comment on any special offers, unique programs, or specific aspects of their services that they might be promoting.

For local users in Henderson, NV, searching for a "Heart Doctor Near Me," Prime Cardiology of Nevada presents a situation where the medical expertise of at least one doctor is appreciated. However, there are clear warnings in the reviews about potential difficulties with the office staff, including issues with scheduling, communication, and follow-up. If you prioritize a seamless and efficient administrative experience alongside quality medical care, the feedback suggests that you might encounter challenges at this facility. Conversely, if your primary focus is the doctor's expertise and you are willing to navigate potential administrative hurdles, Prime Cardiology of Nevada might still be an option worth considering, particularly if you are seeking care from Dr. Bleszynaki.

In conclusion, Prime Cardiology of Nevada has at least one doctor who is considered awesome and caring by a patient. However, the reviews also highlight significant concerns regarding the office staff's lack of attentiveness, difficulties with scheduling and follow-up, and a condescending attitude reported by some. Prospective patients should weigh these contrasting points carefully when deciding whether to choose Prime Cardiology of Nevada for their heart care needs.

Avoid these aggressive providers at all cost. The call center is very condescending and they cannot schedule correctly. And when you bring up a concern your greeted with a pushy/ annoyed attitude. Worst firm we have ever delt with. We've gotten more information from an ER visit.

Horrible practice. My insurance needed more information from them to approve one of the tests and it took three attempts and two weeks for them to finally approve it. After it was finally approved, I went to do the ultrasound across town, found out I could not get the test done because prime cardiology never prescribed the beta blockers I needed. Called them to get answers and never heard back. I’ll seek other care. Do better Prime Cardiology!!
