Popped in to pick up some meds with my aging father and instead of telling us that everyone was at lunch, they had us wait for well over 40 minutes. They could have just told us and we would have come back!!! Absolutely horrible service!!! UPDATE: And their "Social Response Team" replied to this review with "sorry to hear you're disappointed" and not "sorry WE disappointed you". And they would much rather I complain to them in private, so as to keep it off the public forum. Nice.

I was very surprised by the treatment of my nurse as she seemed very angry and no matter how I tried to make it easier she seemed as though she wanted to scream at me. There were no kind words and I felt like I was walking on egg shells. Merideth was very kind and considerate.
