However, I later found out that my insurance was not accepted, and I had to pay the full bill out of pocket. It’s unbelievable that this facility operates this way without clearly informing patients in advance about their insurance policies. This lack of transparency and customer care is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Made an appointment for blood work first thing in the morning and numerous people without appointments came in and were called back before I was. Staff was rude and dismissive when I asked about it because my order said the blood should be collected at a specific time. Not sure why I even made an appointment when I waited 30 minutes and people without appointments were in and out in the time I sat there.
