They definitely need front desks people that know how to schedule appointments. I had an appointment 5/30 when I was there I was told that my appointment did not showed on the system. When one of their staff members scheduled my appointment In person. When you schedule something with them Be sure to get an appointment confirmation. 2 of my appointments had to be re scheduled. I asked to speak to a supervisor but the supervisor was at a “meeting”.
I appreciate Dr. Zafar for doing my heart operation well. I also appreciate the staff for helping me figure out a return to work note when their computers were down. I was in a bind and they spent time to figure it out for me and I'm able to go back to work because of it, even though it took a little extra effort, they helped me out. Thank you so much.
The physician I saw was very rude, did not listen to me and treated me like I was an idiot. When I finally told him I was a nurse he was slightly more attentive but then just rude and unprofessional. Worst experience. I do not recommend anyone visit this cardiology center.
