These tests commonly include an electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG) to meticulously measure the electrical activity of the heart, an echocardiogram which utilizes ultrasound technology to generate detailed images of the heart's structure and function, and stress tests designed to evaluate the heart's performance under physical exertion. Depending on the specific clinical needs of the patient, Dr. Baker may also employ Holter monitoring, a continuous recording of the heart's rhythm over an extended period, or order relevant blood tests to assess cholesterol levels, blood glucose, and other pertinent cardiac risk indicators. My echo appointment was at 2:00 pm.I got in the office at 1:45. Currently I am waiting to call me in. It鈥檚 2:32pm. . When I asked the receptionist, what happened why they didn鈥檛 call me in yet. She said the technician running behind. Why they don鈥檛 call me ahead of time not to come in at 2:00. If they know they are running late. Very unprofessional. Everyone in the waiting room got called in on time except me.
