0 stars. Just an absolutely horrendous experience all around. Every office visit has an hr+ wait in a completely crowded waiting room. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone; reception, scheduling, nurse aide, billing, etc etc. No responses to voicemails left. They have no online portal, despite claiming one is on the way for months. The Doctor is fine, but its 10 quick minutes out of a 2 hour experience. I will never go back to this practice.
2 years later and John Ryan’s one star review still holds true - communications with the office staff is terrible. Having them call in a script to a pharmacy is like pulling teeth and when they do get around to it, the wrong tooth gets pulled.
