The Texas Heart Institute Introduce

For individuals in Houston, Texas, seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me," The Texas Heart Institute, located at 6770 Bertner Ave, Houston, TX 77030, USA, is a well-known institution focused on cardiovascular health. While it is a prominent center for cardiac care, it's important for local users to be aware of all available information, including patient experiences, to make informed decisions about their healthcare.

The environment of The Texas Heart Institute, based on the provided reviews, elicits significant concern. One reviewer strongly advises to "DON'T TRUST THEM!" alleging that the institute prioritizes financial gain ("all they care about is $") over patient care. This individual claims they were ignored and received no help, describing the institute as a "FACTORY with no concern for people." The reviewer also mentions receiving spam email in response to their feedback and a broken promise of a follow-up call.

Another highly critical review warns against dealing with a specific individual named Roxanne, stating she would "let you die rather than lift a finger to help you," and suggests "Angels of Death" as a more fitting name for the organization. This extremely negative feedback raises serious questions about the patient care and empathy within at least some parts of the institute.

Adding to these concerns, a third review details a negative interaction with the phone staff for the School of Perfusion, describing the person answering as "so rude." The reviewer recounts being initially dismissed, given incorrect information after persistent inquiry, and found the overall interaction "very off-putting," leading to reconsideration of the institution for studies. While this pertains to the educational arm, it further contributes to a perception of potentially poor communication and customer service within the broader Texas Heart Institute umbrella.

Despite these deeply concerning reviews, The Texas Heart Institute is a renowned center for cardiovascular research, education, and patient care. As such, it likely offers a comprehensive range of services, which typically include:

  • Clinical Cardiology: Diagnosis and treatment of various heart conditions.
  • Cardiac Surgery: Including complex surgical procedures.
  • Electrophysiology: Management of heart rhythm disorders.
  • Interventional Cardiology: Procedures like angioplasty and stenting.
  • Heart Failure and Transplantation: Advanced care for severe heart conditions.
  • Preventive Cardiology: Strategies to reduce the risk of heart disease.
  • Research: Conducting cutting-edge studies in cardiovascular medicine.
  • Education: Training the next generation of cardiac specialists.

The features of The Texas Heart Institute would typically include its expertise in cardiac care, its history of innovation in cardiovascular medicine, and its comprehensive range of services. However, the strongly negative patient reviews raise serious concerns about the actual patient experience, potentially overshadowing these features for prospective patients.

There is no promotional information provided in the text. For local users seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me," the critical aspect to consider here is the significant negative feedback regarding patient care and customer service, which stands in contrast to the institute's general reputation.

For local users in Houston looking for a "Heart Doctor Near Me," The Texas Heart Institute at 6770 Bertner Ave is a well-known name. However, the provided reviews contain extremely negative accounts of patient care, administrative interaction, and staff rudeness. These experiences should be carefully considered by anyone contemplating seeking care at this institution.

To learn more about the specific services offered by The Texas Heart Institute's cardiology department, you can contact them directly at the provided phone number: (832) 355-3792 or their mobile number: +1 832-355-3792. Given the severity of the negative feedback, it would be prudent to ask detailed questions about their patient care protocols and what steps they take to ensure a positive patient experience.

In conclusion, while The Texas Heart Institute is a prominent cardiac center in Houston, the provided patient reviews are overwhelmingly negative, citing issues such as a perceived focus on profit over patient care, unhelpful and uncaring staff, and rude communication. Local users searching for a "Heart Doctor Near Me" should carefully weigh this negative feedback alongside the institute's reputation when making their healthcare decisions.

DON'T TRUST THEM! All they care about is馃挷! They ignore their customers and do NOTHING to help them! It's a FACTORY with no concern for people! They sent me spam email in response to this review! I was told, "Someone will call you later today." No one has ever called. If you have to deal with a woman named Roxanne, run as fast and as far away as you can. She will let you die rather than lift a finger to help you. "Angels of Death" is a better name for this organization.

Whoever answers the phone for the School of Perfusion is so rude. I asked one small question and she was initially dismissive and said that any answer is on the website. I've combed the website and the answer is not there; hence the reason for my call. She finally (rudely) provided an answer and the answer that she gave was incorrect. She doesn't know what she's talking about. The interaction was very off-putting and makes me reconsider this institution for my studies.

The building is beautiful. Check out the 1st floor. There's a museum of sorts which is very interesting.
