Worst clinic ever. The support staff do not care and it definitely shows in the way they treat patients. I had to have a prescription filled and waited over 3 days for VITAL medication. My pharmacy sent out multiple requests to approve refills everyday that went completely ignored. I called them multiple times and had to wait over 45mins to an hour. Every person I talked to was either completely useless or completely useless and rude.

Doctor is great but support is dreadful. Calling simply to make an appointment puts you on hold for 50 minutes or more. Staff doesn't respond to mychart requests. Terrible way to treat a cardiac patient. I would be happy to talk further with management.
