I always find a parking spot even though it's busy. I don't use handicap parking, but there is plenty for those who do. Winter parking is nice due to covered multi floor parking deck, which means you don't have clean off your windows if it snows or sleets while you're inside. Easy to get where you're going. For these reasons, I give it high marks.

Had to go for diagnostic radiology mammogram and ultrasound. Checking in with receptionist was quick & easy. They ask you to be there 15 minutes prior to appt time. Olivia did my extensive mammogram. Very very friendly. Melanie did my ultrasound. Also, the best! I'm very impressed with the thoughtfulness and care you get here at Sparrow in the Professional Building. I assume it is the same at the hospital across the street. Both buildings connected with a Skywalk. Great job Sparrow!

Came in to do labs at 7:30 AM, I was done and out by 8 AM. Pretty standard wait time for a lab considering I had five people ahead of me when I checked in. I'd assume there's a rush of people go as soon as they open since they're fasting since once I left the lobby was pretty empty. My phlebotomist was very nice and I had no issues with the draw, quick and relatively painless.
