However, the online reviews provided offer a concerning perspective on patient experiences at this clinic, specifically mentioning "Sparrow TCI" (presumably referring to a department or aspect of Lansing Heart & Vascular). One reviewer expressed extreme dissatisfaction, stating that "no one seems to know what they’re doing" and that they were treated like "just another number" with rushed and cold interactions. This individual reported inconsistent test results and a feeling of being dismissed, even after a cardiac event and hospitalization. They specifically mentioned their concerns about medication being disregarded, which their primary doctor later addressed successfully.
Another review details a particularly negative encounter with a physician, "Dr. Dhaem," who is described as "very demeaning and rude," treating the patient like a liar and appearing too busy. This reviewer also alleges inaccuracies in their medical record, including incorrect blood pressure and pulse readings, a false diabetes diagnosis, and a medication they were not taking being listed. This led to the reviewer stating they would "NEVER go back to TCI" due to feeling like they were treated as "trash."
These two reviews paint a picture of significant issues with patient care, communication, and potentially even accuracy in medical records at this facility, at least within the experiences of these individuals. It is crucial to consider these firsthand accounts when evaluating Lansing Heart & Vascular | University of Michigan Health-Sparrow. While these reviews do not represent all patient experiences, they raise serious concerns about the quality of care and patient interactions reported by some individuals.

In conclusion, Lansing Heart & Vascular | University of Michigan Health-Sparrow, located in Lansing, MI, aims to provide comprehensive cardiac and vascular care as part of a well-established healthcare network. While the clinic likely offers a range of essential services and benefits from its affiliation with major health systems, the two online reviews present significant concerns regarding the quality of patient care, communication, and accuracy of medical records. Prospective patients should carefully consider these reported experiences and may want to seek further information or clarification from the clinic regarding their patient care protocols and commitment to patient satisfaction before making a decision about their healthcare needs. My husband has never ever been treated so rudely. Dr. Dhaem, who does not deserve this title, was very demeaning and rude. He treated Brian like he was a liar and acted like he was too busy to deal with another patient. Plus, my husband's supposed pulse and BP is never as good as they claimed it was there. And they claimed he was diabetic, when he is not, plus put on his record that he was taking a medication which was false. We will NEVER go back to TCI. They treat you like your trash.
A joke would be the best way to describe a treatment plan for this provider, including unresponsiveness to emergencies.
