At one point they hung up the phone on me even though I notified them that I’m out of pills for a over a week already. Never seen or heard anything like it before.

Dr. Narula is great. Explains and listens. Everything else that involves staff and communication is horrible. Two weeks to get cardiac clearance faxed for unrelated surgery. Canceled a heart procedure at the hospital but didn’t notify me. Showed up at 6am and found out then that it was rescheduled a month later. Third try to get heart monitor. We’ll see. Any phone contact is confusing and returning voicemails go to another voicemail that is “full.”

This facility like the other Prime locations is dated and needs updating. This location has a gym next door, it’s obnoxious the sound. The loud rap music and constant banging is ridiculous.

Wow this has to be the worst office! They sources their calls out to people who don’t understand what’s going on. I have been scheduled three times and each time there’s an issue! Management is a joke, clearly they need a new one. How are they going to active a holter monitor before the patient gets it, then return the call a week later to get it clarified? Just horrible!
