To provide a balanced perspective, it's valuable to consider feedback from individuals who have used the services. Online reviews offer glimpses into patient experiences, highlighting areas of both strength and potential improvement. One reviewer shared a negative experience regarding the front desk receptionist's lack of professionalism and unhelpfulness when assistance was needed for a patient with mobility issues. This feedback points to an area where patient experience could be enhanced, emphasizing the importance of compassionate and attentive support from all staff members, especially in a healthcare setting where patients are often vulnerable.

Conversely, another reviewer recounted two positive experiences specifically with the nursing staff during visits for kidney stones. Despite an initial less compassionate interaction at the front, the reviewer praised the nurses for their immediate attention and compassionate care upon being seen. This feedback underscores the dedication and empathy of the clinical staff in providing direct patient care, even in a busy emergency environment. It suggests that while there might be inconsistencies in administrative interactions, the direct medical care provided by nurses can be a significant positive aspect of the patient experience.

It's important to interpret individual reviews within the broader context of emergency medical care. Emergency departments are often high-stress environments, and while the goal is always to provide excellent care and customer service, occasional shortcomings can occur. The feedback provided can be valuable for the hospital administration to identify areas needing attention and implement improvements to enhance the overall patient experience.

While we do not have specific promotional information to share at this time, the very nature of an emergency department is to be a readily available resource for critical health needs. I have gone here twice in the last 2 years. Both times for kidney stones. While the people at the front weren't usually very compassionate as I was sweating profusely and begging for help. However, on both occasions when a nurse saw me they immediately took me back. Probably the two most compassionate people I've ever had give me care in an emergency room or an urgent care. Thank you.

Not an ounce of care, compassion, or acknowledgement of patient rights in existence in this emergency room. They denied my fiancée was experiencing a medical emergency, violated all of her rights as a patient, ultimately refused service, and lied in medical records. They did not even try to hide when they actively laughed at another human being writhing in pain. Avoid if possible. Believe every low review you see here. This place is despicable.

Dr song was a blessing to have gotten seen by. I'm thankful for all the health care providers and employees who are kind to those going through sobriety. Having one year and four months of clean time isn't a lot but, we do recover! And with the help of the health care field we will only get better. Thank you Dr!

Awful ...nice people but they get as much money as possible from you. Good economics, atrocious medicine. If you're REALLY ill don't go here
