Michael R Klein, MD Introduce

For individuals in the St. Louis, Missouri, area seeking a “Heart Doctor Near Me,” Dr. Michael R Klein, MD, has an office located at 3023 N Ballas Rd, Suite 200, St. Louis, MO 63131, USA. His office can be reached at (314) 996-7272 or via mobile phone at +1 314-996-7272. The address suggests a location within a medical office building, potentially affiliated with a larger healthcare network such as Northwest HealthCare, given the "996" prefix often associated with their phone numbers. This affiliation could imply access to a broader range of medical resources and specialists, which can be beneficial for patients with diverse cardiac needs.

The environment of Dr. Klein’s practice at the North Ballas Road location is likely a standard medical office setting, designed to accommodate patient consultations, examinations, and follow-up appointments. Patients can generally expect a professional atmosphere with waiting areas and private examination rooms. The specific ambiance and amenities would depend on the design and management of the medical building. Its location in St. Louis County suggests accessibility for residents in that area seeking local cardiac care.

Information regarding the comprehensive range of services offered by Dr. Klein would typically be available through his professional profile or the website of his affiliated hospital or practice group. The limited patient reviews provide some contrasting insights. One review expresses significant frustration with frequent appointment cancellations and rescheduling without explanation, hindering the patient’s ability to discuss test results and receive follow-up care. This suggests potential issues with the clinic’s administrative processes and communication regarding scheduling. Conversely, another review offers high praise for Dr. Klein’s direct patient care, describing him as “caring, loving, very attentive and a very good listener,” particularly in his care for the reviewer’s son. This positive feedback indicates that Dr. Klein possesses strong interpersonal skills and provides compassionate care to some of his patients. Without more information, the full scope of his services (e.g., specific areas of expertise within cardiology, diagnostic procedures offered, involvement in interventional cardiology or cardiac surgery referrals) remains unclear. However, based on the general nature of cardiology practices, it can be inferred that he likely manages a variety of heart conditions and performs common cardiac evaluations.

A key feature emerging from the contrasting patient reviews is the divergence in patient experiences, particularly concerning administrative aspects versus direct patient interaction. The negative review highlights significant challenges with appointment scheduling and communication, which can severely impact a patient’s ability to receive timely care and follow-up. This raises concerns about the efficiency and patient-centeredness of the clinic’s administrative operations. In contrast, the positive review underscores Dr. Klein’s commendable bedside manner, emphasizing his caring nature, attentiveness, and listening skills. This suggests that while his direct patient interactions can be highly positive, there may be inconsistencies or systemic issues affecting appointment management.

Given the limited and conflicting nature of the reviews, it is challenging to definitively identify all key features of Dr. Klein’s practice. His apparent strong interpersonal skills and caring nature during consultations are a notable positive feature. However, the reported issues with appointment scheduling and communication are significant concerns that prospective patients should consider. Without additional information from other sources, such as his professional biography, information from his affiliated hospital, or more patient feedback, it is difficult to objectively ascertain his areas of specialization, typical patient outcomes, or the overall efficiency of his practice’s administrative functions. Prospective patients may need to seek further information from multiple sources to form a more comprehensive understanding.

Promotional information for Dr. Klein is not explicitly provided in the given text. Typically, promotional efforts for a physician might include positive patient testimonials, information about their expertise and services on a hospital or practice website, or recognition for achievements in their field. The single positive review could be considered a form of positive feedback that might be used in promotional materials, highlighting his caring and attentive approach. However, the serious concerns raised in the negative review would likely necessitate a balanced perspective when evaluating his practice. Individuals seeking a “Heart Doctor Near Me” would benefit from consulting multiple sources of information, including hospital directories, online review platforms (while remaining mindful of the subjective nature of individual reviews), and potentially seeking recommendations from other healthcare professionals to gain a more comprehensive and balanced view of Dr. Klein’s practice.

In conclusion, Dr. Michael R Klein is a cardiologist practicing in St. Louis, MO. Patient feedback presents a mixed picture, with one review praising his caring and attentive nature during consultations, while another expresses significant frustration with frequent appointment cancellations and poor communication regarding follow-up care. This contrast highlights the importance of considering both the quality of direct patient interaction and the efficiency of administrative processes when choosing a healthcare provider. Prospective patients seeking a “Heart Doctor Near Me” in the St. Louis area should consider these varied experiences and seek additional information to make an informed decision about their cardiac care.

Great doctor. My problem is that every single appointment is cancelled, rescheduled. There’s always a reason why they cannot see me at the scheduled time. The reason is never given. I have had a lot of tests, I just want to talk about the results, I believe they called this a “follow up” in the olden days. This could be done via video but no one suggests it. It feels like no one cares if I live or die.
