I travel 3 hours each way since I moved upstate. Dr. Innerfield is very professional and all of his staff is equally so. If one stops to think about how this world changed over 4 years ago they would understand "waiting" is something that we must get used to. Dr. Innerfield is very friendly and he takes time to explain any issues or concerns. Kudos!

I have never felt less important as a patient. Every appt I made was rescheduled leaving me almost three weeks out from initial visit. When it finally came for my 1:30 telehealth appt I waited for three hours and forty minutes with no word from the office even after three phone calls to find out what was wrong. The dr spoke with me at 4:10 for one minute apologizing for the long delay and charged me $50. He may be a good dr but treating a patient like they are an inconvenience is abhorrent.
