Central Cardiology Associates - Elizabethtown Introduce

When searching for a "Heart Doctor Near Me" in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Central Cardiology Associates - Elizabethtown, located at 1324A Woodland Dr, Elizabethtown, KY 42701, USA, is one of the options available to local residents. This practice offers cardiovascular services to the community. While specific details about the range of services, the expertise of the physicians beyond Dr. Monnin (mentioned in a review), and the technological features of the clinic are not provided in the available information, it is a local cardiology practice serving the Elizabethtown area.

Information regarding the environment of the clinic is limited. However, being a dedicated medical practice, patients can likely expect a standard clinical setting with consultation rooms, examination areas, and potentially some diagnostic equipment on-site. The focus of such facilities is typically on providing a professional and functional space for patient care. Without further information, a detailed description of the clinic's ambiance or specific amenities cannot be provided.

The provided information does not offer a comprehensive list of the services provided by Central Cardiology Associates - Elizabethtown. Typically, cardiology practices offer a range of services related to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of heart and vascular diseases. These services often include consultations, electrocardiograms (EKGs), echocardiograms, stress tests, Holter monitoring, and management of conditions such as hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, and coronary artery disease. However, without specific details from the practice itself or its website, a complete list of services cannot be accurately compiled based solely on the provided reviews.

Similarly, the features of Central Cardiology Associates - Elizabethtown are not detailed in the information provided. Features of a cardiology practice can include the specific expertise of the physicians, the availability of advanced diagnostic technologies, specialized programs for certain cardiac conditions, or patient portals for communication and accessing medical records. The absence of this information makes it challenging to highlight any unique features of this particular practice.

The most substantial information available comes from the patient reviews, which, unfortunately, present significant concerns regarding the office's administrative policies and communication practices. One review details an experience where a patient with a mother suffering from Alzheimer's was denied an appointment with Dr. Monnin due to being late, despite driving 45 minutes to reach the clinic. The reviewer expressed disappointment and a lack of empathy from the office staff regarding their situation. This review suggests a strict adherence to a 15-minute late policy without apparent flexibility for patients facing genuine difficulties.

Another review strongly advises against recommending the group, citing issues with the office's consideration of patients' time and a lack of communication. This reviewer recounts waiting for an hour past their appointment time and ultimately being refused to be seen because the office required additional records that they had not requested from the patient. The reviewer further mentions a lack of follow-up from a physician despite a promise from the practice manager, Ms. Pruitt, over a two-month period. This paints a picture of potential inefficiencies in communication and scheduling, leading to negative patient experiences.

These reviews, while providing direct patient feedback, do not offer insights into the medical expertise or the quality of care provided by the physicians at Central Cardiology Associates - Elizabethtown. They primarily focus on administrative and communication aspects of the practice. Therefore, while these concerns are important for prospective patients to consider, they do not provide a comprehensive evaluation of the medical services themselves.

Currently, there is no promotional information available for Central Cardiology Associates - Elizabethtown in the provided text. Information about special offers, new patient specials, or community outreach programs is absent. Therefore, it is not possible to include any details regarding promotional activities.

In conclusion, for individuals seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me" in Elizabethtown, KY, Central Cardiology Associates - Elizabethtown is a local option. However, the available patient reviews raise significant concerns regarding the office's administrative policies, particularly concerning appointment punctuality and communication. While these reviews do not comment on the medical expertise of the practitioners, prospective patients should be aware of these reported issues when considering this practice for their cardiac care. To obtain a comprehensive understanding of the services offered, the physicians on staff (beyond Dr. Monnin), the clinic's environment, and their current policies, it is advisable to contact Central Cardiology Associates - Elizabethtown directly at (270) 765-5921.

So far so good. Unfortunately all of my previous doctors have died or retired. So I'll update this when I get one that can outlive me

I’ll begin by saying my mother really likes Dr Mehta. However I took her for an appointment and for the last 2-3 appointments I’ve take her to the wait has been ridiculous. There is no reason to make someone wait 1 1/2 hours or more before they are even put in a room to wait longer fir the Dr. Seems like poor management. Do they not think people’s time is worth anything? Apparently not. If I ever have to be a cardiac patient, I will find somewhere else. After all , we are paying the Drs.

Waited over an hour to see the doctor with my Mother in a wheelchair. Ridiculous! Put yourself in the patient’s position and think how waiting so long could be anything but poor service. Do better or else we’re going elsewhere.
