St. Luke's Cardiology Associates - Phillipsburg Introduce

For local users in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, seeking specialized cardiac care within the "Heart Doctor Near Me" platform category, we present St. Luke's Cardiology Associates, located at 755 Memorial Pkwy Building 100, Suite 106, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865, USA. As part of the larger St. Luke's University Health Network, this cardiology practice likely offers a professional and well-equipped environment for consultations, examinations, and potentially some diagnostic procedures. Being situated within a medical building suggests accessibility and integration with other healthcare services in the Memorial Parkway area.

The services provided by St. Luke's Cardiology Associates - Phillipsburg would typically encompass a comprehensive range of cardiac care aimed at the diagnosis, treatment, and management of various heart conditions. These may include common issues such as hypertension (high blood pressure), hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), coronary artery disease (including angina and heart attacks), heart failure, arrhythmias (irregular heartbeats), and valvular heart disease. To diagnose these conditions, the practice likely offers various diagnostic tests, including electrocardiograms (ECG/EKG), echocardiograms (ultrasound of the heart), stress tests (exercise and/or pharmacological), and potentially Holter or event monitoring to assess heart rhythm over extended periods. Depending on the complexity of the cases, they may also coordinate or refer patients for more advanced cardiac imaging or interventional procedures within the St. Luke's University Health Network.

A significant feature highlighted in one of the patient reviews is the thorough and patient-centered approach of at least one of the physicians, Dr. Singh. The reviewer specifically praised Dr. Singh for taking the time to talk with patients and being quite thorough, contrasting this with other doctor's offices where patients felt rushed. This suggests that a key feature of this practice, at least with Dr. Singh, is a commitment to attentive and unhurried patient consultations, allowing for a better understanding of the patient's concerns and a more comprehensive evaluation of their cardiac health.

However, it is crucial to also consider the negative feedback provided by another patient. This review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the office's appointment management, citing two consecutive cancellations and a long wait for rescheduling. The reviewer strongly advises others to seek care elsewhere, suggesting a potential issue with the office's administrative processes and patient communication regarding appointments. This raises a concern about the reliability and responsiveness of the practice's scheduling system, which could impact a patient's ability to receive timely care.

Given these contrasting reviews, it's important for local users to weigh both the positive feedback regarding thorough patient care by at least one physician and the negative feedback concerning appointment management. The environment is likely a standard medical office setting within a larger medical building, benefiting from the resources and reputation of the St. Luke's University Health Network. The services offered would be typical of a cardiology practice, focusing on diagnosis and management of heart conditions. A potential key feature is the patient-focused approach of some physicians, but a potential concern is the efficiency and reliability of appointment scheduling.

No specific promotional information is provided in the text. Therefore, local users interested in St. Luke's Cardiology Associates - Phillipsburg should contact them directly using the provided phone number: (908) 847-0514 or the mobile phone number: +1 908-847-0514. When calling, it would be beneficial to inquire about the cardiologists on staff, the specific services offered, the appointment scheduling process, and any policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling. Asking about the typical wait times for appointments and the availability of urgent appointments could also be pertinent, given the negative review regarding scheduling issues.

In conclusion, St. Luke's Cardiology Associates - Phillipsburg, located on Memorial Parkway in Phillipsburg, NJ, offers cardiac care services as part of a reputable health network. While one patient review praises the thorough and patient-centered approach of Dr. Singh, another expresses significant dissatisfaction with appointment cancellations and rescheduling. Local users considering this practice should be aware of these contrasting experiences. The environment is likely professional and integrated within a medical building. The services would typically include a range of cardiac diagnostics and management strategies. A potential feature is the quality of care provided by individual physicians, but a potential concern is the office's administrative efficiency regarding appointments. Prospective patients are encouraged to contact the office directly to gather more information and address any concerns before making an appointment to ensure it meets their individual healthcare needs.

Cancelled two appointments in a row and expect me to wait months to reschedule them- go somewhere else where they actually care about their patients and dont run their office like the DMV!

I’ve been going to see Dr. Singh for a few years now and am perfectly pleased. He talks with you and is quite thorough. I’ve been to some Dr. offices where they push you through like a cattle drive, but not here.
