Horrible treatment of patients. Employees sneak in 15 minutes after office opened. My mom waited. Until SHE walked up to the window - behind which all employees are hidden. And SHE had to ask why her appointment is late, to which they replied doctor is running late. My mom waited two months for this appointment, to arrive and be ignored.

If you need a medical answer quickly, do not expect to get one from this doctor. This is the 2nd instance where my mom had been admitted to hospital and his response time and communication is very poor. Now during COVID, seems response time is incredibly terrible and this whole situation is awful.
