Cardiovascular Center Introduce
For individuals in the Orlando, Florida area seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me" within a specialized medical facility, the Cardiovascular Center is located at 301 E Evans St, Orlando, FL 32804, USA. They can be contacted at (407) 897-3828 or +1 407-897-3828. This introduction aims to provide local users with an objective overview of the Cardiovascular Center, drawing upon the available patient reviews to offer insights into the environment, potential services, and features of this facility.
Based on the limited information available, particularly the provided customer reviews, the environment of the Cardiovascular Center appears to be a significant area of concern for some users. One detailed review paints a picture of a facility facing several operational and maintenance challenges. The reviewer mentions a "broken entrance door," suggesting potential issues with the physical infrastructure. Furthermore, the absence of a receptionist to assist family members and the lack of timely updates on patient procedures contributed to a negative experience for those waiting. The reviewer also noted a lack of basic amenities such as a water cooler and the presence of "janky hand-written signs taped to the wall," which may indicate a less than ideal physical environment for patients and their families.
The review also raises serious concerns about the professional conduct and operational efficiency within the facility. Allegations of medical staff, including technicians and nurses, engaging in loud personal conversations with profanity in the hallways, and the apparent lack of adherence to HIPAA regulations by discussing other patients' private medical information within earshot of waiting individuals, are significant issues. The reviewer also recounts hearing a staff member arguing with a patient, which further contributes to a concerning portrayal of the environment.
Another review corroborates issues with operational efficiency, stating that the center "overbooked their surgeries," leading to a "standing room only" waiting area, primarily filled with elderly and potentially unsteady patients. This overcrowding, especially "in this time of covid," raises serious concerns about patient safety and infection control. The experience of being told of a further "2-2 and a half hour wait" after the initial overcrowding suggests significant scheduling and logistical challenges within the facility. The lack of provisions for a diabetic patient who had not eaten further highlights a potential lack of attention to basic patient needs during extended waiting times.
Given the nature of a Cardiovascular Center, the services offered would typically focus on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of various heart and vascular conditions. These services would likely include cardiac consultations, diagnostic testing such as electrocardiograms (ECG/EKG), echocardiograms, stress tests, and potentially more advanced procedures like cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and stent placement. As a specialized center, they may also offer services related to heart failure management, arrhythmia treatment, and vascular disease care. However, the provided reviews do not offer specific details about the range of medical services provided but rather focus on the operational and environmental aspects of the facility.
Based solely on the provided customer reviews, it is challenging to identify positive features of the Cardiovascular Center. The feedback predominantly highlights significant shortcomings in the facility's infrastructure, operational efficiency, staff conduct, and patient communication. The absence of a functioning entrance door, the lack of a receptionist, the delayed and public sharing of patient updates, the alleged HIPAA violations, the staff arguments with patients, the broken bathrooms, the lack of basic amenities, and the overcrowding due to overbooking all point to significant areas needing improvement.
The fact that patients, particularly elderly individuals, were left standing in an overcrowded waiting room for extended periods, with no provisions for those with specific medical needs like diabetics, raises serious concerns about patient care and safety protocols. The negative experiences shared in these reviews paint a concerning picture of the facility's ability to provide a comfortable, respectful, and efficient environment for patients and their families seeking cardiac care.
Currently, there is no information available regarding any promotional offers or specific features that the Cardiovascular Center might be highlighting. Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback in the provided reviews, it is unlikely that the facility would be actively promoting its services without addressing the significant issues raised by patients. Any potential local users considering this facility for their "Heart Doctor Near Me" needs should be aware of the serious concerns expressed in these recent experiences.
In conclusion, the Cardiovascular Center located in Orlando, FL, appears to be facing significant challenges based on the provided customer reviews. Issues related to the physical environment, operational efficiency, staff conduct, patient communication, and basic amenities have been highlighted as major concerns. While the center's intended purpose is to provide specialized cardiac and vascular care, the reported patient experiences suggest a need for substantial improvements in various aspects of its operation to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for patients and their families. Individuals seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me" in Orlando may want to consider these recent experiences when making their healthcare decisions and potentially seek additional information or explore alternative providers to ensure their needs are met with the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Overbooked their surgerys. Waiting room was standing room only. Most of these patients are elderly and unsteady on there feet. In this time of covid this is unacceptable. Then when they got all they could into rooms. They told the rest of us we would have a 2-2and a half hour wait before they had any more rooms available. No provisions made for diabetic who had not eaten
Treated me well! Made procedure an easy experience.
