Horribly dirty. There was a drop of blood on the floor about the size of a nickel when we got into the room, and we pointed it out, the nurse wiped it up, leaving a swipe mark showing how dirty the rest of the floor was. Splatter marks on the walls, dirty sink, etc. Oh, and they said there were no pillows in the room, so we had to ball up a coat. After 8 hours in the ER, we were ready to leave. The staff was kind though, I must say.

Had a scheduled surgery here and found the experience pretty positive overall. Check in was smooth and everything was explained well. Waiting room before surgery was comfortable and the wait wasn’t too terribly long. Communication with loved ones was good as well and timed the check out process well. Staff was very friendly!
