Worst receptionists available. Terrible attitude, they sound like the hate the world. It's a pity that they probably have great doctors that are impossible to see unless you want consistent abuse over the phone.
Not sure what misery those receptionist got going on. Maybe they been working there too long. Maybe need a whle new team of HAPPY to be there receptionist. They are MEAN GIRLS! The attitude is truly disgusting. The EGO. Maybe you guys need younger girls, they sounded old and miserable. Truly disgusting. & on hold forever !
It's impossible to speak to someone there. You call, no one ever picks up, you leave a detailed message as requested, they never call you back. Not the first time I've had this experience with them, this is a repeat thing. Here we are over year later, same exact problem. 馃槨馃槨馃槨馃槨
Basically impossible to get through to a human and schedule an appointment. Has been over a week since left VM with no call back. I sent a message via MyChart with no response. I called 6 different numbers. Nothing! My father鈥檚 cardiologist is retiring and he now has no follow-up care. Don鈥檛 know how he will get his cardiac medications. Very poor patient care. Will be switching to Hartford Healthcare. If you are looking for a cardiologist recommend you do the same.
Great group of dedicated professionals. Logged in and was seen immediately. RN and assistant were very polite, great bedside manner, and very professional. Doctor was also very matter of fact, explained everything well, and provided follow up in great detail. Overall a great experience.
