A great experience until upon leaving the Emergency room the woman at check in could not have been more rude! The instymed machine was jammed and charged us. We asked for help or for her to call someone per the instymed man on the line and she REFUSED! She was on shift at midnight on 3/2-3/3. Definitely not the face you want for your hospital greeting patients!
I was treated with compassion and true concern. ER staff tried their best to treat me and keep my pain level as low as possible. X-ray tech was so kind, tried his best to try and keep me as comfortable as possible. ER Dr. Was very attentive and answered all our questions.
