While specific details about the physical environment of the clinic are not extensively described, the location within a suite suggests a standard medical office setting. This typically includes a reception area, waiting rooms, examination rooms, and administrative offices. However, one patient review describes the front office as a "trainwreck" and criticizes the lack of a direct phone line for patients running late, as well as receptionists being occupied with personal phone use upon arrival. • Electrocardiogram (EKG): While not explicitly mentioned as being performed, EKGs are a standard initial diagnostic tool in cardiology and are likely available.
  • Echocardiogram Scheduling: One patient was referred to schedule an echocardiogram "ASAP," indicating that this diagnostic service is either offered on-site or through a referral process. However, the review notes delays in scheduling this test.

  • Urgent Referrals: The clinic receives "urgent referrals" from other medical facilities, such as urgent care centers and emergency rooms, indicating they are intended to address potentially serious cardiac issues. • Poor Communication and Lack of Follow-Up: The lack of clear information regarding test results and the complete absence of follow-up care reported by one patient are significant red flags, indicating a potential breakdown in communication and patient management.

Front office portion is a trainwreck, must be nice to not have a direct line for patients to call if they need to report they are running a few minutes behind. They were able to accommodate me, but when I get there the receptionist were playing on their phones.

The staff was very kind, professional and very knowledgeable. My family has no complaints. Dr. Netrebko, his Nurse and the front desk took excellent care of my daughter. Her father and I were very worried about her cardiac health until the Cardiologist explained her condition and developed a plan of care. She improved tremendously. We are very grateful and impressed.
