I had the absolute best experience with VCU Radiology. Everyone was so kind and caring through the whole process that my nerves about my procedure were quickly put at ease. Tim, Lizaine, and Jess were particularly warm and wonderful. I am so thankful to have had such a positive experience for a care procedure I have been mentally preparing myself for for months. Thanks again!

The nuclear medicine department in radiology is fantastic. The 6 hours I was there for multiple tests, the entire staff of nurses, and technicians (from Lee and Christine to everyone in between) made the time as pleasant as possible through their personal warm, friendliness, empathy and humor. I also appreciated the multiple changes of warm blankets!

People are nice but the wait and efficiency are ridiculous. Very little information on what to expect and hours and hours of waiting without anyone checking in. Everyone seems confused on what’s going on, multiple calls and questions to get basic procedural stuff done. One department doesn’t talk to the other and causes serious delays. Waste of an entire day for something that could have been a couple hours.
