I’ve been calling since last week. I have a dislocated shoulder, 2 types of arthritis, and fibromyalgia. I have no more of my pain meds. I left several messages and I called more than several times. I left countless amount of Voicemails. I even left messages with the admin line. The representative said “I cannot reach them, they must be with patients.” Am I still a patient??!!
