  • Monitoring of Vital Signs: During exercise sessions, vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation are likely monitored to ensure patient safety and to gauge their response to the activity.
  • Psychological and Emotional Support: Chronic heart and lung conditions can take an emotional toll. Pulmonary rehabilitation programs often provide a supportive environment and may offer access to counseling or support groups to address these aspects of well-being.
  • Goal Setting and Progress Tracking: Participants are likely encouraged to set personal goals, and their progress is regularly monitored to provide feedback and motivation. After dragging my feet for a year I finally went through the rehab program and I’m sorry I didn’t do it sooner! This is such an awesome group from the exercise ,working with the machines and informational classes. I’ve made some goals for myself at home, and then I’m going back just to use the equipment and of course just to be with that awesome group that I know will be there to help me if I need it. I can do more now than I did four months ago so that’s a big improvement for me🥰
