The provided customer reviews offer contrasting perspectives on Tri-City Cardiology. One review expresses a highly positive experience with a staff member named Octavia: "I had an appointment on January 8. Octavia called my name and walked me to the scale and then into the exam room. She was so friendly, cordial and pleasant. Whoever hired her should be commended. She made my visit enjoyable. Thank you, Octavia, you made my day. My only regret was I could only rate you five. You are an 8. God Bless you." This review highlights the positive impact of a friendly and efficient staff member on the patient's overall experience, suggesting that at least some members of the team contribute to a pleasant atmosphere.

However, the second review presents a significant concern regarding administrative processes: "Do not got here if you want a team that cares. I've been told it takes between 30-40 DAYS to handle a prior authorization request from my pharmacy. Even my insurance thinks this is ridiculous, so if you are on heart meds that you can't afford out of pocket and that you need to be able to function, just skip this place." This review raises serious questions about the efficiency of the office's administrative procedures, particularly concerning the handling of prior authorization requests for essential heart medications. The extended timeframe mentioned could potentially create significant challenges for patients who rely on these medications and may indicate a lack of urgency in addressing such critical needs. The fact that the patient's insurance also finds this delay "ridiculous" further underscores the potential severity of this issue for patients requiring timely access to their prescriptions.

Appointment was at 915. It's now 950 and still not even called back. Definitely no respect for people's time. When I asked how much longer they said the doctor was running 45 minutes late. So unprofessional. I wish I could give less then 1 star
