Dr Lichtenwalter and staff at Queen Creek are the best. Having had a few procedures, the doctor always explains everything thoroughly and gives you his full attention for all the questions. The Mesa location where the testing procedures are done is very streamlined and easy in and out. My husband and I have full confidence in our care. Highly recommend.

Thank you to Dr. Lichtenwalter and the Queen Creek staff we appreciate your scheduling, efficiency, caring and kindness along with the in-depth explanation so that we know what’s going on! Definitely will refer to CAI! Rylee&Candee
Dr Littenwalter is very nice and explains things in a way we can understand! The entire staff makes you feel comfortable and always willing to explain and help you!
CAI told us to drop an unopened package at any one of their locations, this was the closest one. They would NOT take the package at this location, because it wasn’t their DAY to have people in the office. The person at the front desk simply said “we can’t be responsible”, which makes sense because no one is responsible anymore. Now I’ll SEND via USPS, with return receipt requested.
