Unfortunately the medical receptionists need a lesson in customer service. Woman in their 50’s or older acting like kids and getting smart with you when you ask them a simple question and then talk about you to the others like your not standing there. Absolutely unprofessional. Has happened more than one time with different ones

My cardiologist is amazing. But the staff and their crappy attitudes are absolutely ridiculous. If you question what they say, the get aggressive fast. Including the pathetic grump of an office manager. My stars go to Dr.simons ONLY, he's the only good thing about that office.
