My mom has been a patient for over 5 years now. Dr. Jenkins, Getonya and Dr. Bowen are top tier doctors. Bedside manner is personal and impeccable. They have become family. We love the Cardiac and Vascular group. If you need a heart dr. Dr Jenkins is the one you need.
Mother has been here a number of times, she is always treated really well. I waited for her in the waiting area, and was treated to lunch....the nurses gave me warm blankets and water and they were really nice, as they helped me get mother out of the car in the pouring rain. Dr Jenkins came out and explained the procedure and everything went well! He is an excellent doctor and I know mother is in good hands!!
Terrible staff. They never answer, I tried rescheduling multiple times. No call backs. The staff in the office doesn’t know what is going on they always seem lost. They don’t even know who they had scheduled. Not to mention their office doesn’t seem to be cleaned regularly.
I love engaging with the staff here. Teamwork makes the difference 👏🏽
This place is the most patient friendly Dr's office i have ever been to. People are always afraid when going to see a Dr. But Dr Jenkins and his staff Getonya Dickerson are great. They care they answer questions and follow up in a timely manner. They cared for my grand mother with kindness and iam a patient bow. They are the best.
