Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia - El Paso Introduce

For individuals in El Paso and surrounding areas seeking specialized medical attention for heart rhythm disorders, the platform category "Heart Doctor Near Me" offers a directory of potential providers. Among these is Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia, located at 1700 N Oregon St Ste. 630, El Paso, TX 79902, USA. This clinic can be contacted at (915) 838-1900 or via mobile at +1 915-838-1900.

As a practice focused on cardiac arrhythmias, Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia likely provides an environment equipped for the diagnosis and management of various heart rhythm irregularities. Situated in a suite within a medical building, the clinic would typically have consultation rooms for patient-physician discussions, examination rooms for basic assessments, and potentially specialized areas for procedures such as electrocardiograms (ECGs), Holter monitoring hook-ups, and possibly even minor in-office procedures related to arrhythmia management. The specific ambiance and facilities would aim to support efficient and effective cardiac care.

The services offered at Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia would primarily center around the diagnosis and treatment of heart rhythm disorders. This typically includes initial consultations, comprehensive evaluations of a patient's symptoms and medical history, and a range of diagnostic tests to identify the specific type of arrhythmia, such as atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, tachycardia, bradycardia, and other rhythm disturbances. These tests often include ECGs, ambulatory rhythm monitoring (Holter and event monitors), and potentially more advanced electrophysiology studies to understand the heart's electrical system in detail. Treatment options could range from medication management to interventional procedures like catheter ablation, pacemaker implantation, and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) placement, depending on the expertise of the physicians at the clinic.

A notable feature of a cardiac arrhythmia-focused practice is the specialization of its physicians in the field of electrophysiology. Electrophysiologists are cardiologists who have undergone additional training to diagnose and treat heart rhythm problems. The presence of doctors such as Dr. Hamilton and Dr. Francisco Gonzalez suggests that Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia has qualified specialists in this area. According to one review, "Dr. Hamilton is great," and another mentions that "Doctors such as Francisco Gonzalez are great," indicating the clinical expertise of at least some of the physicians at this location.

However, alongside the positive feedback regarding the doctors' clinical skills, there are significant concerns raised in the customer reviews about the office staff and administrative processes. One reviewer states that "The entire office staff needs to be fired" due to difficulties in obtaining medical records. This points to potential issues with administrative efficiency and patient communication regarding important medical information.

Another, more detailed review echoes concerns about the office staff, noting that the office is "becoming more and more of an assembly line type atmosphere." The reviewer describes instances where staff members fail to return calls when questions are raised and when nurses' assistants do not follow through with promised contact. Furthermore, this review highlights a significant issue with appointment management, stating that there have been "many times where an appointment has been made to see the doctor and the doctor is not even there when I show up for my appointment." Such occurrences can lead to significant inconvenience and frustration for patients seeking timely medical care.

The same reviewer also recounts a concerning experience following a medical procedure (a second ablation). After being hospitalized for the same condition, the reviewer attempted to contact the clinic with "crucial medication questions and advice" but was repeatedly told someone would call back and did not receive a response. This lack of follow-up and communication regarding essential post-hospitalization care raises serious concerns about the clinic's patient support and responsiveness.

These reviews paint a mixed picture of Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia - El Paso. While the expertise of the physicians, such as Dr. Hamilton and Dr. Francisco Gonzalez, is acknowledged, the significant issues reported with the office staff, including difficulties in obtaining medical records, poor communication, and problems with appointment scheduling and follow-up care, are critical points to consider. These administrative and communication challenges appear to be detracting significantly from the overall patient experience.

Promotional information is not provided in the available text. Typically, a clinic might promote specific services, highlight the expertise of their physicians, or provide information about new technologies or treatment options they offer. To obtain any promotional details for Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia - El Paso, interested individuals would need to contact the clinic directly or visit their website if one exists. They could also inquire about the specific areas of expertise of their electrophysiologists and any specific programs or initiatives they may have.

In conclusion, Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia - El Paso is a clinic specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of heart rhythm disorders, with physicians like Dr. Hamilton and Dr. Francisco Gonzalez who are reportedly skilled in their field. However, the customer reviews raise significant concerns regarding the efficiency and responsiveness of the office staff, including issues with medical records, communication, and appointment management. For individuals in El Paso seeking specialized cardiac arrhythmia care through the "Heart Doctor Near Me" platform, it is crucial to weigh the reported expertise of the doctors against the concerns raised about the administrative aspects of the practice. Potential patients may want to inquire specifically about these issues when contacting the clinic to make an informed decision about their healthcare needs.

Dr. Hamilton is great. The entire office staff needs to be fired. I was sent here for a procedure. The staff has made it impossible for me to fet my medical records.

It’s too bad the worst review is one star. I have a pacemaker. Yesterday I supposedly had an appointment for a checkup at 10:15am. They sent me a reminder at 2pm. That happened 2-3 times over the last 2 years. Funny, since records were transferred and I’ve been seeing another doctor 50 miles away. Once I was notified that had an appointment at 6am the night before. I don’t know what kind of scam they’re trying to pull but this idiocy is not appropriate or appreciated.

Unlike so many "Doctor factories" my experience was outstanding. Paperwork was at a minimum, wait time was as well and the Doctor's presentation of the medical issue and the proposed solution were clear and in laymen's terms. I came away very confident in the path ahead.
