Waited a long time for an appointment because the tech is never available or in this location. My Orthopedist is waiting for the results for treatment and as expected, the machine is “down”. This departament always has “tech” issues.

While in the imaging machine a very kind and professional tech name Samantha assisted me. Though I had a wound and was unable to stay still, she patiently reposting me and warned the doctor was going to end the session. Again I moved and she came back even more kind and patient helped me to stay still. Checked on me through the procedure, and I was able to complete it. Thank you Samantha for your patience and kindness.

I had a positive experience during my MRI. The office was very clean, and the staff was exceptionally nice. I panicked during the procedure, the tech promptly stopped the machine, got me a juice, and showed great kindness to help me through the process. Her thoughtful response made the MRI comfortable for me.

They called me and asked me to come in 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled appt to accomadate them and I said yes, and when I got there I sat and waited for 40 minutes (after my original appt time) and they didn’t even care that they made me come in early for absolutely no reason
