One patient shares a highly positive experience specifically with Dr. Schnitzler, praising his excellent bedside manner. This reviewer, who has seen multiple cardiologists across different states for a family history heart issue, found Dr. Schnitzler's approach and explanations to be clear and concise. They appreciated his willingness to answer questions and his proactive approach in providing a copy of test results and the ongoing treatment plan. The patient's positive outcome, stating, "Great news is my heart is still strong. Thank you Dr Schnitzler," underscores the potential for receiving high-quality medical care from Dr. Schnitzler himself.

In contrast, another review highlights significant issues with the front desk staff, specifically mentioning a supervisor named Meredith. This patient describes a frustrating experience involving a scheduling error allegedly caused by the clinic. The reviewer states that Meredith provided inaccurate information and spoke condescendingly during a phone call aimed at rescheduling an appointment. The patient felt that Meredith was dismissive and unhelpful in finding a suitable time. This negative feedback raises concerns about the administrative efficiency and customer service provided by some members of the front office staff, potentially impacting the overall patient experience. The reviewer concludes by questioning the general staff's behavior if the supervisor exhibits such conduct.

Given these contrasting experiences, the environment at Schnitzler Cardiovascular may be characterized by knowledgeable and skilled medical professionals, particularly Dr. Schnitzler, but potentially inconsistent administrative support. While Dr. Farivar is very knowledgeable, the front desk staff here are frustratingly rude. After a scheduling issue that was their fault, the supervisor Meredith not only gave me inaccurate information about appointment times but also spoke to me condescendingly. She spent our entire phone call all but saying she had better things to do than help me find a new appointment that fit my schedule. If she is the manager what can she expect from the general staff?

I have seen several cardiologist in several different states over the years to keep tabs on a family history heart issue. Dr Schnitzler has hands down the best (bedside) manner. His approach and explanations were clear, concise. He was more than happy to answer my questions. Going so far as to provide a copy of the test results and treatment plan going forward. Great news is my heart is still strong. Thank you Dr Schnitzler.

I am a physician and have known Dr. Schnitzler for over 40 years. He was one of my professors when I was in medical school. I have referred patients to him including some family members. I am now a patient of his and have heart problems myself. In January of 2018, he saved my life. He is very bright, fiercely dedicated to his patients, explains things thoroughly and is kind and compassionate.

The front desk people are very rude and eat in front of you. That's if you are able to get their attention. Very un professional. And their stars.

The doctors are nice and they're competent, but the scheduling is horrific. Patients often wait for over one hour to see a physician.
