I had an appt On dec 21, his office called and said they could get me in on the 12th at 11:45 am and to fast 12 hrs. I showed up at 11:15 am and checked in. Receptionist (YASHIRA)told me to wait in waiting room and someone would call my name. Waited till 12:45 and asked if they skipped me. YASHIRA said I would have to wait till they came back from lunch to see me. Terrible communication. Waste of my time.
