Individuals looking for a cardiology practice can contact them at (973) 731-9442 or via their mobile number +1 973-731-9442 for inquiries regarding services, appointments, and other relevant information. This location aims to serve the community's needs for comprehensive cardiovascular health management.

The environment of New Jersey Cardiology Associates is expected to be a professional medical setting designed to cater to the comfort and well-being of patients seeking cardiac care. While specific details about the clinic's ambiance or interior design are not provided in the given information, typical cardiology practices prioritize a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere. The focus is generally on creating a space where patients feel at ease during consultations, examinations, and any necessary procedures. The positive mention of the front desk staff, specifically Jaynita, in one of the reviews suggests a friendly and efficient initial point of contact for patients entering the facility.

As a cardiology practice, New Jersey Cardiology Associates likely offers a range of services focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases affecting the heart and blood vessels. These services commonly include clinical consultations for various cardiac conditions such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, valvular heart disease, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. Diagnostic capabilities may include electrocardiograms (ECG/EKG), echocardiography, stress testing (both exercise and pharmacological), Holter and event monitoring, and potentially vascular ultrasound studies. Based on the evaluation, the cardiologists at the practice would develop personalized treatment plans, which could involve lifestyle recommendations, medication management, and referrals for more invasive procedures or surgeries when necessary. The mention of multiple doctors, including Dr. Fan and Dr. Purr, alongside the long tenure of Dr. Rogal (now retired), indicates a team-based approach to cardiac care within the facility.

The features of New Jersey Cardiology Associates appear to be centered around the experience and expertise of their medical professionals and the continuity of care they strive to provide. The positive review mentioning a thirty-year patient relationship with a retiring doctor suggests a long-standing presence and a history of serving the community's cardiac needs. The praise for the staff, including both administrative personnel and the medical team (Dr. Fan, Dr. Purr, and Mary Kaye), highlights a patient-centric approach where both clinical expertise and interpersonal skills are valued. This feature of a dedicated and caring staff can contribute significantly to a positive patient experience and foster trust in the practice.

However, one of the provided reviews raises a significant concern regarding the scheduling practices at New Jersey Cardiology Associates. The reviewer details an experience involving substantial delays in scheduling a follow-up test. An initial appointment on April 11th was followed by a test scheduled for May 27th, a delay of over six weeks, which the patient already considered "extreme." Subsequently, the test was rescheduled on short notice due to the unavailability of a technician, and the next available appointment was reportedly in July, resulting in a potential three-month wait from the initial consultation for a necessary follow-up. This breakdown in scheduling and communication has led to significant dissatisfaction for the patient, who strongly advises others to avoid the facility due to these issues. This review highlights a potential challenge in the administrative efficiency and patient communication aspects of the practice.

Currently, no specific promotional information or special offers are mentioned in the provided reviews. Medical practices often focus on delivering quality care and building a strong reputation through patient outcomes and experiences. Individuals interested in understanding the billing practices, accepted insurance plans, or any potential new patient initiatives should contact New Jersey Cardiology Associates directly. The office staff would be the best resource for obtaining this type of information.

In conclusion, New Jersey Cardiology Associates in West Orange, NJ, appears to be a cardiology practice with experienced medical professionals and a history of providing care to the community, as indicated by the long-term patient relationship mentioned in one review. The staff is described as wonderful, contributing to a positive patient experience. However, a significant concern has been raised regarding the scheduling efficiency and communication related to appointment changes, which has resulted in considerable frustration for at least one patient. Local residents seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me" should consider both the positive feedback regarding the medical team and the negative experience related to scheduling when making their decision. It may be prudent to inquire about their scheduling policies and typical wait times when contacting the practice for the first time.

I've been a patient for thirty years of Dr. Rogal, who recently retired. The staff is wonderful from Jaynita when I enter, to Dr. Fan, Dr. Purr, and, of course, Mary Kaye. It's great to have great care from these wonderful people. Thank you all!

Dr. Hawthorne amd Dr Roelke saved my life many times on April 15, 2015 and gave me a second chance. I can't say enough good things about them and the staff. God bless them all

My appointment was with Dr. Rogal. I didn't have to wait too long, maybe 15 minutes. The staff was lovely and knew what they were doing. Dr. Rogal spent a lot of time with me and ordered a few minor tests, like blood work. I felt that he was really listening and was thorough with his exam.
