Patients can contact the center at (702) 227-3422 or +1 702-227-3422 for inquiries or to schedule appointments.
When choosing a healthcare provider, it's essential to consider various aspects of the practice, including the services offered, the patient experience, and the overall efficiency of the clinic. Nevada Heart and Vascular Center aims to provide care for individuals with heart and vascular conditions. Their services likely encompass diagnostic evaluations, medical management of cardiovascular diseases, and potentially interventional procedures. To understand the full scope of their specialized services, including specific diagnostic tests (such as ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests), treatment options for conditions like hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, and vascular disorders, and any available interventional cardiology or vascular surgery services, interested individuals are encouraged to contact the center directly or visit their website if one is available.
Understanding the patient experience is crucial when selecting a healthcare provider. Several online reviews offer insights into the experiences of individuals who have visited Nevada Heart and Vascular Center. It's important to consider these perspectives to form a comprehensive understanding. One reviewer described a "horrible experience" citing a potential lack of check-in, not receiving paperwork despite being asked to arrive early, and a significant waiting time of almost two hours in a warm waiting area. This reviewer also mentioned observing front desk staff using their phones and expressed frustration over the lack of communication regarding the delay. Consequently, this patient rescheduled their appointment but indicated they were unlikely to return, suggesting a need for improved patient care and communication.
Another review echoed concerns about appointment delays. This patient reported waiting for nearly two hours for an 11:15 AM appointment, ultimately spending only 15 minutes with the doctor. They also highlighted the inconvenience of being scheduled for testing at a different clinic located on the opposite side of town, where they experienced an additional 30-minute delay. Furthermore, this reviewer pointed out limitations in scheduling flexibility, noting that the doctor's morning-only availability and the inability to switch providers within the practice once seen created further difficulties. The overall sentiment expressed was one of exhaustion and inconvenience associated with visiting the clinic.
These reviews raise important considerations regarding the environment and operational efficiency of Nevada Heart and Vascular Center. While the physical environment of the clinic is not explicitly described beyond the mention of a warm waiting area, the feedback suggests potential issues with wait times, front desk responsiveness, and communication with patients about delays. Prospective patients may want to inquire about typical wait times and the clinic's procedures for managing appointments and keeping patients informed.
In terms of features, the reviews do not highlight specific positive aspects of the clinic. Instead, they focus on areas needing improvement, particularly concerning scheduling, punctuality, and patient communication. It is important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and may not be representative of every patient's interaction with the center. However, they do underscore the importance of effective patient management and communication in a healthcare setting.
Currently, no specific promotional information is available in the provided data. I am a new Patient and both appointments that I had went really smooth and fast. I even showed up 3 hours early and they helped me now problem. From the check in/out staff to the Doctor everybody was super friendly. Keep up the great work guys.
I’ve now spent over five hours on hold, different days and times of the week, just trying to reschedule my appointment. The highly capable scheduling team somehow thought it was appropriate to reschedule my original appointment, which I booked more than five months ago, to a Sunday morning—brilliant planning. Last time I tried to see my doctor, I was rescheduled 3 times and had to wait an extra month and a half to my initial appointment. There won’t be a third time!
