Neeraj Badhey, MD Introduce

For individuals in Keller, Texas, and the surrounding areas seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me," Neeraj Badhey, MD, located at 10840 Texas Health Trail #260, is a practicing cardiologist. Online reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the patient experience at his Keller office, highlighting both positive aspects related to the doctor and some staff members, as well as significant concerns regarding administrative processes and communication.

One detailed positive review portrays Dr. Badhey's Keller office as "the best" when it comes to cardiac specialists. The patient, a 73-year-old, specifically commended the friendliness of the front desk staff, Yolanda and M'Keisha, noting their helpfulness with paperwork and check-in procedures, even mentioning a lighthearted interaction involving candy and coffee reminders. This suggests a welcoming and patient-oriented environment at the initial point of contact. The reviewer also praised Dr. Badhey's Nurse Practitioners, Buffy and Stella, expressing comfort with their diagnoses and highlighting their proactive approach to medication adjustments based on bloodwork. Additionally, the nursing staff, Alicia and Jenni, were lauded for their thorough triage process, record review, and vital sign checks, with the reviewer appreciating that they did not rush patients.

However, a more recent and extensive negative review details significant issues with the administrative staff, specifically naming Arlene, a nurse, and Mary, the scheduler for insurance approvals and tests. This patient, who had been seeing Dr. Badhey and his Nurse Practitioner, James Rose, for approximately two years and reported good care initially, described a stark decline in service. The complaints include Arlene's alleged nonchalance in returning calls regarding the patient's health and symptoms, and Mary's purported dishonesty about the status of an insurance referral for a necessary test. The patient claimed that Mary falsely stated there were problems getting approval from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas HMO, while the patient's app indicated the test had been approved days prior. This discrepancy led to the rescheduling of an appointment and a feeling of being misled.

Furthermore, the negative review detailed a lack of communication between Arlene and the Nurse Practitioner regarding potential medication changes, which the patient found unacceptable. The patient also reported a prolonged lack of follow-up from the clinic's management after reaching out to address these issues, despite an initial contact from someone named Katie Borders. The reviewer ultimately expressed a lack of confidence in the practice's ability to manage paperwork and referrals, questioning their overall healthcare assessment capabilities and subsequently moving their care to Baylor Scott and White. The reviewer also mentioned being advised to go to the emergency room by Arlene due to the lack of clarity on tests and medication changes, which they found unnecessary and a direct consequence of the administrative issues.

Considering these contrasting viewpoints, it appears that while patients may experience positive interactions with Dr. Badhey, his Nurse Practitioners, and some members of the nursing and front desk staff, there are serious concerns regarding the reliability and transparency of certain administrative processes, particularly those involving referrals, scheduling, and communication about urgent health matters. The negative review paints a picture of potential disorganization and a lack of accountability within the administrative side of the practice, which can significantly impact the overall patient experience and potentially compromise care coordination.

Currently, there is no promotional information available for Dr. Badhey's practice in the provided reviews. Local users searching for a "Heart Doctor Near Me" should weigh the positive feedback regarding the medical team against the serious allegations of administrative issues and communication failures. It would be prudent to inquire directly with the office about their referral processes, communication protocols, and staff training to ensure a smooth and reliable experience.

When contacting Dr. Badhey's office at (817) 545-4550 or +1 817-545-4550, prospective patients may want to ask specific questions about their procedures for handling referrals, how test results and medication changes are communicated, and what steps are in place to ensure accurate scheduling and follow-up. Understanding the roles and responsibilities of different staff members and the channels for addressing concerns could also be beneficial. Visiting the office at 10840 Texas Health Trail #260 in Keller might provide some insight into the physical environment, but the quality of administrative processes and communication can often only be assessed through direct interaction over time.

In conclusion, Neeraj Badhey, MD, in Keller, TX, appears to have a medical team that has garnered positive feedback for their knowledge and patient care. However, significant concerns have been raised by at least one patient regarding the administrative aspects of the practice, including issues with referrals, scheduling, and communication. Local users seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me" should carefully consider these contrasting experiences and conduct thorough due diligence, including direct inquiries with the office, to determine if this practice aligns with their needs and expectations for reliable and comprehensive cardiac care.

As usual my visit was great. H8s staff is pleasant, efficient and professional. I got checked in and the wait time to see Dr. Badhey was short. Dr. Badhey is always pleasant and we discussed the results of recent tests. He always takes the time to explain things and answered all my questions. I count him as one of the best doctors I see. It is always a pleasant experience, even when the news is not the best. I reccomend Dr. Badhey to everyone in need of a Cardiologist!!

Dr. Badhey is a really nice and very skilled cardiologist. I never wanted to have a cardiologist, but I feel lucky to have such a good one. He also delivers bad and shocking news in a very kind and empathetic manner when he has to no matter how unexpected. I was so lucky he found my issue before something dire happened and also that he referred me to the very best person to fix it. I highly recommend Dr. Badhey. All the office staff are very nice and respectful and efficient. Kim
