Absolutely horrible. Do NOT schedule your child's physical through them! Paid $50 in advance last fall, they had to cancel due to lack of interest. Contacted them several times about a refund to be constantly told "it's processing" and never received it. Always some new stupid excuse, like "the person who processes it was out," or "they said it was mailed" and I never got it. Waste of money and very unprofessional.
