I can never EVER!!!! get through just to make an appointment or confirm an appointment. Be prepared to wait on hold for 30 minutes or longer to make an appointment. I finally had to send an email and someone called me back a week later. I called this morning just to confirm an appointment day/time since I got a new phone and the same story. Hold on for infinity. The office manager needs to be retrained. I'll be canceling my appointment and moving on to another Doctor's office that makes the patient the priority. Dr. Schillinger has, by far, the most informative, friendly, down-to-earth, easily understood explanations and the best "bed side manner" I have ever had the opportunity to experience.
