"Great overall experience getting cardiology services. The doctors are very knowledgeable and compassionate. They take the time to explain results and answer questions thoroughly."

However, not all reviews have been positive. Some patients have expressed frustration with long wait times and poor customer service from the front desk staff. For example:

"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!! The receptionists seem uninterested in their jobs. I've been a patient for two years, but my wait time is always at least 65 minutes, which adds unnecessary stress to an already anxious situation."

While the medical care provided by Harlem Cardiology is highly regarded, the administrative inefficiencies and lack of empathy from some staff members have left a negative impression on several patients. It's important for potential patients to weigh these factors when deciding where to seek cardiology care.

Great overall experience getting cardiology service. The doctors are very knowledgeable and compassionate. They are very patient in explaining my results and questions. Waiting time is not an issue (average like other clinics), and service is exceptional because of their patient-centered approach.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I think the reeptionists think they are on vacation. They just sit there doing nothing. I have been a patient there for 2yrs and the wait time alone increases my blood pressure. The doctors are professional and compassionate but the customer service of the office itself is TERRIBLE! Today I decided to terminate this cardiology office out of my life. There is no reasonable explanation why with every visit my minimum wait time is 65mins.

Dr is very inconsiderate with patients time. Looking for a new cardiologist since every visit we scheduled he takes over four hours to see the patient.
