Everyone who answers the phone at this office are so rude. I called them to get a new prescription for a blood pressure medicine, but they make something as simple as that impossible. I canceled my next appointment. I will never go back there. I've had bad luck with these people every time I had to deal with them.

Dr Virginia correctly diagnosed my parents. So when I needed my heart checked I flew from Los Angeles to Monroe for her help. Was immediately taken in and tested. Dr Virginia and her staff treated my wife and I like family! She’s an expert, truly cares, yet is humble. Fortunately my heart is good. I would trust Virginia with my life! She’s a very unique being and Doctor! I highly recommend her and her team!

Billing department fails to acknowledge invoice payment after proof of payment was presented. They said payment was posted to an earlier charge but they never sent an invoice nor would they say what service was provided. They called again today with telephone harassment regarding the unpaid bill demanding that I send payment or proof of payment. Which I have done previously.
