My experiences with Dr. Krell have been marvelous and I have been a cardiac patient for many years. However, his nurse Nicky, often neglects to return calls even though she promises to. I find this the be terribly vexing...I am 94 years old if that is relevant. I am hoping to rely on Dr. Krell’s secretarial staff, which is great, to obtain answers to my questions in a timely manner. Further, I don’t believe I must change my doctor because of staff inefficiency.

Terrible service and no customer care Mark does not follow up his customer care is the worst and his staff is terrible about doing their job. I would not recommend there are many better doctors then Mark. Office visits are a waste of time Mark will just talk your ear off about everything any conversation about your heart is nonexistent

He listens to everything you say and responds. Has been my cardiologist for 7 years now.I completely trust the man.

The dr was nice when we met him and then everything after that was terrible.. His staff who was supposed to schedule a very important and serious heart test will not return my calls. He ordered the test weeks ago and they aren’t scheduling it and worse won’t return my calls when I ask for an update. I have called every day. Meanwhile my wife suffers in pain with no help or diagnosis.
