I waited for over an hour to be seen, only to be told they were no longer accepting patients in pediatrics. However, after denying me care for heart palpitations and dizziness, they then called someone else in right in front of me. I was confused but chose to leave without arguing, as I wouldn’t have wanted to be seen after that experience anyway. The pediatric staff was very rude and lacked compassion, but the front desk staff was kind and genuinely tried to help.

2 hour wait for a frikkin sonogram? What a disorganized place. And you have to walk all over to find things. And they charge for parking! Everyone is complaining about this nonsense. One worker said, Well at least the people are nice." To extent that's true, but NO IT'S NOT ENOUGH!!!

The one star is for the nurses Marianna and Ashley who helped me. I was discharged and didn’t get to speak with any doctor about my conditions prior to my D/c. I ran into the doctor in the lobby as I was leaving and had like a 30 second conversation. I know nothing about what’s going on, or what happened. I have made follow ups with my regular doctors to try to get some answers. Not right to d-c someone without getting to talk to your physician about what was happening. Very upset.

Years ago they sent me a bill for a $20 copay I already paid at time of service. It was about 2 months late and they threatened to send it to collections while claiming it was my "third notice." The care I received was not worth the hassle. Don't go here even if it's convenient for you, they'll find a way to be terrible.
