Reviews

Test results were not shared for months. Forms were not filled out when needed. Prescription dosage was not what was sent to pharmacy. Staff is very difficult to reach when calling. Messages are not returned. Telehealth scheduled with the doctor was done by a nurse. No apologies given for any of this.

Dr. Ostrom is thorough and answers my questions. His recommendations seem reasonable -- he doesn't advocate for a medication or procedure unless it is truly necessary.
