Complete Cardiac Care Introduce

For individuals in Houston, Texas, and the surrounding areas searching for a "Heart Doctor Near Me," Complete Cardiac Care, located at 3230 S Dairy Ashford Rd, Houston, TX 77082, is a cardiology practice to consider. The limited information available online primarily consists of patient reviews that offer insights into both the quality of medical care provided by "Dr. J" (identified later as Dr. Jamaluddin) and concerns regarding certain aspects of the office staff and administrative processes. Details about the physical environment of the clinic are not explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews, but it is typical for a cardiology practice to have examination rooms equipped for cardiac assessments, consultation rooms for patient-physician discussions, a waiting area for patients, and administrative spaces for staff operations.

While the reviews do not provide a comprehensive list of all services offered at Complete Cardiac Care, the fact that it is a cardiology practice implies a range of services focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of heart conditions. These commonly include:

  • Cardiac Consultations and Examinations: Meeting with a cardiologist to discuss heart-related symptoms, medical history, and conduct physical evaluations.
  • Diagnostic Cardiology Services: Likely providing or arranging for various cardiac diagnostic tests such as electrocardiograms (ECG/EKG), echocardiograms, stress tests, Holter monitoring, and potentially other specialized cardiac assessments to evaluate heart function and identify potential issues.
  • Medical Management of Heart Conditions: Developing and overseeing treatment plans for a variety of cardiovascular diseases, including but not limited to coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and hypertension. This often involves medication management and lifestyle recommendations.
  • Prescription Management: Handling the prescription and refill needs for cardiac medications for patients under their care.
  • Preventive Cardiology: Offering guidance and strategies for preventing the onset or progression of heart disease.
  • Coordination of Care: Potentially referring patients to other specialists or hospitals for more advanced procedures or treatments when necessary.

The available information primarily comes from two patient reviews, which highlight both positive and negative aspects of Complete Cardiac Care:

  • Positive Feedback for the Cardiologist ("Dr. J" or Dr. Jamaluddin): One reviewer explicitly states that "Dr J is an outstanding cardiologist." This positive assessment of the physician's clinical skills and expertise is a significant factor for individuals seeking quality cardiac care. The reviewer also mentions having been a patient of Dr. Jamaluddin for a considerable time, suggesting a degree of trust and satisfaction with the medical care provided by this doctor in the past.
  • Concerns Regarding Specific Staff Members: Both reviews express concerns about certain members of the office staff. One reviewer details negative experiences with a staff member named Christy, initially in insurance verification and later at the receptionist desk, citing rudeness, incompetence in insurance matters, and untruthfulness. This raises concerns about the administrative efficiency and patient relations within the office. The same reviewer also notes a decline in the overall staff quality compared to when they first started seeing Dr. Jamaluddin.
  • Issues with Communication and Information Transfer: The second review highlights a significant problem with the office's ability to send information to the patient's primary care physician in a timely manner. The reviewer recounts two instances where critical medical information was not sent over a period of over a month, resulting in unnecessary and costly appointments with their primary doctor. This indicates potential issues with internal communication and the efficient handling of patient records and referrals.
  • Impact on Patient Experience: While acknowledging that the staff are "the absolute nicest people" on a personal level, the second reviewer emphasizes their inefficiency in crucial administrative tasks, specifically the transfer of medical information. This highlights a disconnect between the personal demeanor of some staff members and their professional competence in essential job functions, ultimately negatively impacting the patient experience.

Currently, there is no information available online regarding any specific promotional offers or special services provided by Complete Cardiac Care. The focus of the recent patient feedback is on the quality of the medical care provided by the cardiologist and the challenges experienced with certain aspects of the office staff and administrative processes.

For individuals in Houston, TX, looking for a "Heart Doctor Near Me," Complete Cardiac Care at 3230 S Dairy Ashford Rd presents a practice where the cardiologist, Dr. Jamaluddin (referred to as "Dr. J"), is considered outstanding by at least one long-term patient. However, prospective patients should also be aware of the concerns raised in the reviews regarding the competence and communication efficiency of certain staff members, particularly in areas such as insurance processing and the timely transfer of medical information. While the medical expertise of the cardiologist appears to be a strength, the reported administrative issues could potentially impact the overall patient experience. It would be prudent for individuals considering this practice to weigh both the positive feedback about the doctor and the negative feedback about the staff when making their decision. Direct communication with the office to address any concerns about administrative processes might also be a valuable step for potential new patients.

The absolute nicest people, but they are the very worst when sending information to your doctor. It's been over a month, and when I called my doctor to see if they received it, they told me no. (This is the second time and last time it cost me $60 to go into my doctor for nothing)

Worst clinic and worst doctor (Doctor J). Just sitting to make money. They’ll not refill your prescription and ask you to come in even though it’s urgent and you can’t skip a day. They’ll force you to come in so that they can charge you or your insurance. Trust me - do not go here

Had a horrible experience. Very rude receptionist. Incompetent and amateur nurses working at this place. Not at all welcoming for patients .They keep you waiting for nothing and I am also not happy with their services. The Doctor didnt see the patient the way she should. I will definitely wont go back. Seems like I wasted my money and time over there
