Cardiovascular Consultants, LTD Introduce
For individuals in Taiwan seeking information about cardiac care providers, the platform category "Heart Doctor Near Me" typically connects users with local medical professionals. However, understanding the experiences of patients with cardiology practices in other regions can offer valuable insights into potential challenges in healthcare service delivery. This overview focuses on Cardiovascular Consultants, LTD, located at 3805 E Bell Rd # 3100, Phoenix, AZ 85032, USA, based on publicly available patient reviews.
While geographically distant for users in Taiwan, Cardiovascular Consultants, LTD represents a cardiology practice where individuals in Phoenix, Arizona, have sought medical care. The available reviews present significant and concerning feedback regarding the group's communication, office staff competence, and billing practices, which appear to have resulted in negative patient experiences.
One patient recounts a severely negative experience following their initial appointment. According to the review, the practice stated they would arrange post-procedure medications and follow up with a call. Despite the patient making "many phone calls and discussions with their front office staff," they reportedly received no further contact from the group. This complete lack of follow-up after an initial appointment raises serious concerns about the practice's patient management and communication protocols. The failure to fulfill the promised arrangement for post-procedure medications could potentially jeopardize the patient's recovery and well-being.
Another patient review echoes concerns about the competence and professionalism of the office personnel. This reviewer simply states, "Their office personnel were completely inept. For a practice that specializes in heart issues, you expect professionalism and they certainly weren’t." This concise yet damning assessment highlights a significant disconnect between the expected level of professionalism in a specialized medical practice and the actual experience with the administrative staff. Inept office personnel can lead to a multitude of problems, including scheduling errors, poor communication, and difficulties in accessing necessary medical care or information.
A third patient review details a particularly troubling experience involving the departure of their physician and subsequent billing issues. According to this review, the patient's doctor "left the practice or was let go," and the patient was allegedly never notified by the practice about this change. It was only when the patient called "months later" that they discovered the doctor was no longer there and, more concerningly, found charges for visits they "never made." While the patient initially thought the billing error was resolved, they report receiving bills again for the same un πραγματοποιηθείσες visits, raising the serious possibility of fraudulent billing practices.
This series of negative experiences paints a concerning picture of Cardiovascular Consultants, LTD. The lack of follow-up care, the perceived ineptness of the office staff, and the serious allegations of incorrect billing and lack of communication regarding physician changes all point to significant systemic issues within the practice's administrative and patient management processes. For a practice specializing in cardiovascular health, where clear communication and meticulous attention to detail are paramount, these reviews suggest a concerning lack of these essential qualities.
Based on these reviews, the environment of Cardiovascular Consultants, LTD is not described in terms of its physical attributes. However, the negative feedback strongly suggests a chaotic and unprofessional administrative environment. The lack of communication, the apparent ineptness of the staff, and the billing errors all contribute to a negative patient experience, regardless of the physical setting of the clinic.
The services offered by Cardiovascular Consultants, LTD, as a cardiology practice, would typically include a range of diagnostic and treatment options for various heart conditions. These may include consultations, electrocardiograms (ECGs), echocardiograms, stress tests, Holter monitoring, and management of conditions such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and hypertension. However, the provided reviews do not offer any positive insights into the quality or scope of the medical services provided by the physicians within the group. The focus of the feedback is overwhelmingly negative concerning the administrative aspects of the practice.
Key features of Cardiovascular Consultants, LTD, based on the patient reviews, are predominantly negative. These include poor communication with patients, inept and unprofessional office personnel, and serious issues with billing accuracy. There is no positive feedback in the provided reviews to highlight any strengths or positive features of the practice. The departure of a physician without patient notification is also a significant concern.
Currently, no promotional information is available for Cardiovascular Consultants, LTD in the provided text. The patient reviews serve as strong warnings about potential challenges in interacting with this practice. For individuals in Taiwan seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me," these reviews underscore the critical importance of considering not only the purported medical expertise of a practice but also the competence and professionalism of their administrative staff and their billing practices. A breakdown in these areas can severely impact the patient experience and potentially compromise the quality of care received.
In conclusion, the available information regarding Cardiovascular Consultants, LTD in Phoenix, Arizona, presents a deeply concerning picture. The reported issues of lack of follow-up, inept office staff, poor communication, and serious billing errors raise significant red flags about the overall quality and reliability of this practice. While the expertise of the cardiologists within the group cannot be definitively assessed based on these reviews, the overwhelming negative feedback regarding the administrative aspects should be a major deterrent for anyone considering this practice for cardiac care. For users in Taiwan, this case serves as a stark reminder of the potential pitfalls in healthcare service delivery and the importance of thorough research and due diligence when selecting a medical provider, even across geographical boundaries.

I had a terrible experience with this group. After coming in for my initial appointment, they said that they would fill my post-procedure medications and call me back with a follow up. Despite many phone calls and discussions with their front office staff I had no further contact with them. It’s like I never stopped in. Their office personnel were completely inept. For a practice that specializes in heart issues, you expect professionalism and they certainly weren’t.
Dr I was seeing left the practice or was let go, no idea what is going on. was never notified by then until I called months later to find out about charges for visits I never made. thought it was resolved again. Well they are again sending me bills againfor visits I never made and maybe it is time to report fraud
I have seen reviews from other folks, however my first visit with Dr.Hasan was timely and thorough. He was professional, listened to my questions and provided the care I was seeking for a cardiology clearance for a procedure. I had a very positive experience with CVC, the staff was also very pleasant.
They do not respect anyone time. They overbook doctors, and every time I go I have to wait over half an hour just to be called back and then about half an hour for the doctor to come. Once the doctor comes I have 5 min with them before they rush out. I’m sure the doctors are great, but this is a place where business comes before patients health.
