The two patient reviews provided offer contrasting perspectives on Dr. Reuss's approach to patient care. One review expresses a highly negative experience, describing Dr. Reuss as "the worst doctor" the patient had ever seen. This review alleges unprofessional behavior, including making fun of the patient's disability (being in a wheelchair due to Parkinson's disease), being condescending, critical, and mean, talking non-stop about past health issues rather than focusing on the recent serious heart procedure, and ultimately being a "total waste of time." This feedback raises significant concerns about the patient's interaction with Dr. Reuss and suggests a negative experience related to communication and bedside manner.

In contrast, the second review presents a very positive experience, describing Dr. Reuss as "seriously the best doctor I have ever encountered." This patient found her to be "kind," attentive to their concerns, thorough in explaining treatment step by step, and dedicated to understanding their health history. The review highlights Dr. Reuss's thoroughness in answering questions and her genuine care for the patient's mental recovery in addition to their physical well-being. The anecdote about the front desk staff referring to her simply as "Christina" is interpreted by the reviewer as a sign of her approachability and positive interpersonal relationships within the office.

Given these conflicting reviews, it is important for local users seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me" to consider both perspectives. The significant discrepancy in patient experiences suggests that individual interactions with Dr. Reuss may vary. While one patient felt dismissed and mistreated, another felt exceptionally well-cared for, highlighting her kindness, attentiveness, and thoroughness. These contrasting accounts underscore the subjective nature of patient experiences and the importance of considering multiple sources of information when making healthcare decisions.

There is no specific promotional information available in the provided reviews. Individuals interested in learning about any special offers, new patient programs, or accepted insurance plans at Dr. Reuss's practice should contact her office directly at (480) 718-5072. The office staff will be able to provide the most current information regarding appointments, insurance coverage, and any specific promotions that may be available.

In conclusion, Christina Reuss, MD, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is a cardiologist serving the local community. Patient reviews offer divergent opinions regarding her patient care approach. One review expresses serious concerns about her professionalism and bedside manner, while another praises her kindness, thoroughness, and genuine care. Local users searching for a "Heart Doctor Near Me" should consider these contrasting experiences and potentially seek additional information or reviews from other sources to form a comprehensive understanding before making a decision about their cardiovascular care. Worst doctor I have ever been to. I was in a wheel chair because I also have Parkinson's disease and she made fun of that. She talked on and on nonstop very condescending, critical and mean just a total waste of time. She was going over health issues from years ago. I was following up from a serious heart procedure I just had. We sat there close to 1 1/2 hours for nothing it was horrible. Stay away!

I love Dr Reuss. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I had an Echo Stress procedure done today at the hospital and Dr Reuss explained every step and the effects I would feel during the procedure. After the procedure, she called me in to a private room to go over results. No waiting 1-2 weeks for results. I am so impressed with her and her caring personality. She is tops in her field and I will refer her with 100% competent.

Had my first appointment yesterday. I was met by a smiling, pleasant receptionist that was very happy despite juggling walk in patients and phone calls. The nurse was also very pleasant and efficient. Dr Reuss was exceptional. She has a marvelous ability to thoroughly explain technical subjects in laymen’s terms.

In my 1st appointment this Dr was emotionally reactive to information I gave her concerning my overall physical health condition. She totally misquoted me in her notes and when I sent a message asking her to correct my chart she fired me as a patient, said after our phone appointment she was done. Then she was a no show on the appointment. Being a cardiologist she sure goes out of her way to increase the stress of her patients.
