One of the provided patient reviews offers a positive initial impression, highlighting a "relaxing and pleasant" experience from the moment of entry. The reviewer, new to the area and initially apprehensive about finding quality healthcare, expressed feeling a "sense of calm" despite uncertainty about their heart issues. This suggests that the center prioritizes patient comfort and strives to create a reassuring environment, which can be particularly important for individuals dealing with health concerns.

However, the second review presents a starkly contrasting experience. This reviewer expresses significant dissatisfaction, alleging difficulties in communication with their doctor and a perceived lack of timely and appropriate care for their wife's concerning symptoms of a low heart rate. The review mentions an inability to get through to the doctor, a lack of expected callbacks, and frustration with a nurse's intervention, emphasizing the reviewer's distress and their wife's fear. This feedback raises concerns about communication protocols and the perceived responsiveness of the medical team in this particular instance.

Considering these contrasting experiences, it's important for potential patients to weigh both perspectives. The positive review suggests a welcoming and calming environment, which can contribute to a positive patient experience. However, the negative review highlights potential challenges in communication and access to timely care, which are critical aspects of healthcare quality.

I'm pretty new to this area. I am from Massachusetts. I had wonderful Dr's there. So this was scary for me to find Dr's who actually care for the patient. My experience with this office from the time I entered the building was so relaxing and pleasant. Even though I didn't know what my issues with my heart was. I was made to feel a sense of calm. Thank you EVERYBODY!!!

I was asked to sign in on a clipboard with my name and dob. It was in clear view of the public. I’m pretty sure that this is a hippa/ privacy violation. Also, as I come here monthly to Have my INR checked , it is taking triple the time as in the past. Your process is taking things in the wrong direction
